Accepting These Terms
Completing registration on bitkingz24.com and creating a Bitkingz account means you accept these terms and conditions in full, and they form a binding agreement between you and the operator for as long as your account remains open. Continued use of the account after any update to these terms, as described later in this document, constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Governing Law and Regulator Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to that licence, and any dispute not resolved through our support channels is subject to the jurisdiction associated with the operator’s licensing authority. Dama N.V. is registered at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao, and that registration is the operator entity referenced throughout this agreement.
Technical Malfunctions and Voided Rounds
If a game round is affected by a proven technical malfunction, a connectivity failure, or a display error in the game client, the round in question is voided and any wager associated with it is returned to your account balance. Results generated during a documented malfunction are not honoured even if a win appears to have been displayed, and Bitkingz reserves the right to correct any account balance affected by such an error. This applies equally to slots, live dealer tables, and progressive jackpot titles.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Withdrawals are always returned to the same method used for the corresponding deposit. Processing times and limits vary by payment method, as summarized below.

The weekly withdrawal ceiling across all methods is $7,500 and the monthly ceiling is $15,000. Amounts above these thresholds arising from a single win are paid in scheduled instalments, except for progressive jackpot wins, which are always paid in full. Bitkingz does not charge fees on withdrawals.
Limitation of Liability
Bitkingz is not liable for losses arising from your own connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or your failure to secure your login credentials. Our liability for any claim relating to your account is limited to the balance held in that account at the time the claim arises, except where a technical malfunction under the section above requires a specific correction.
Player Eligibility and Licence Disclaimer
You must be at least 19 years old to register and play, or 18 years old if you reside in Alberta, Manitoba, or Quebec. Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per verified payment method. Providing false information during registration, including a false date of birth or address, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. The Curacao Gaming Control Board licence held by Dama N.V. is an offshore licence and does not constitute registration with or authorization by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, iGaming Ontario, or any other Canadian provincial regulator. Prohibited Conduct
Operating more than one account, whether under a different name, email address, or payment method, is prohibited and will result in suspension of all linked accounts. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to depositing solely to claim a promotion without genuine play intent, coordinating play with another player to guarantee an outcome, and using automated scripts or bots to place wagers, is prohibited and voids any related bonus funds and winnings. Collusion between players at any live dealer or table game is grounds for permanent account closure.
Bonus Terms
All bonus funds, including the three-part welcome package, are subject to a 45x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount, not to the combined deposit and bonus total. A maximum bet of $5 applies while any bonus balance is active; wagers placed above this limit while a bonus is active may void the bonus and any resulting winnings. Bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 days from activation unless a specific promotion states a shorter window, such as the 24-hour expiry on free spin batches from the welcome package. Live casino games, including all Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live tables, do not contribute to wagering requirements while a bonus is active. Continuing to use your account after a change has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
